Spreadsheets that answer one question
Am I actually making money on this property?
Most landlords cannot answer that until March, when the accountant works through a year of bank statements and tells them. By then the year is gone and there is nothing to be done about it.
Landlord Sheets exists to close that gap. Our trackers are built so you log a payment once and the workbook does everything else: sorts it by property and category, compares it against what you budgeted, and shows you where you stand today rather than eleven months from now.
Who this is for
Landlords with anywhere from one property to twenty five, who want their numbers in order without paying a monthly subscription for software built for letting agents. If you can use a spreadsheet for a shopping list, you can use these.
Everything is a one off purchase. No accounts, no subscriptions, no app. The file is yours, it works in Excel and in Google Sheets, and you can reuse it every year.
What we are not
We are not accountants and we do not give tax advice. These are record keeping tools. They organise your figures so your accountant has less untangling to do, and so you are keeping digital records ahead of quarterly reporting under Making Tax Digital. They do not file anything with HMRC.
